Briarwood Healthcare
& Rehabilitation Center is located
comfortably in a Needham, Massachusetts
residential neighborhood. Beth Israel
Deaconess Hospital, Needham is just
down the street from us. Briarwood Healthcare
is family owned and operated. 120 people
make their home at Briarwood.

Individuals
in our community have the ability to grow, contribute
to their surroundings and be well-known by their care
partners. Briarwood is a community of care where residents,
families, and visitors feel welcomed and where life
is celebrated. We are a registered Eden
Alternative facility.
Briarwood has three unique neighborhoods. Approximately
half of Alden Road is designated for our Short-Term
Rehabilitation Program. Our Bird’s Hill Avenue
neighborhood is a community of long-term residents.
Our Cypress Street neighborhood is a community of residents
who participate in the enhanced Alzheimer’s
care program. We offer a full spectrum
of care, including around-the-clock nursing, rehabilitative
therapy services, long-term care, and
Alzheimer’s Dementia care.
 Our
mission is to exceed the expectations
of our residents and their families. At the core of
our mission is a commitment to employing the most compassionate
and caring staff. We focus on putting the needs and
preferences of our residents and families above everything
