SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION PROGRAM
Our
primary focus is on providing care to
assist individuals regain their highest
level of independence so they can return
to their previous living situation.
Alden Road neighborhood features specialized
rehabilitation rooms designated for
those requiring a short-term rehabilitation
stay. These rooms are completely furnished
and are equipped with in-wall oxygen,
televisions, telephones, and companion
radios.
A
candidate for the Short-Term Rehabilitation
Program is one who is hospitalized for
any number of reasons. It could be for
elective surgery or a medical emergency.
We service people with a broad range
of diagnoses including: surgical procedures,
stroke, falls, injuries, and illnesses.
Due to the hospitalization, the candidate
may be deconditioned and may require
a short-term rehabilitative stay in
order to return to his or her previous
level of functioning.
